REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SPORTIFY! We want to ensure you have the best experience with our premium sports gear. 

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items requested for return after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Apparel (Training shirts/kits) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Footwear (Boots) must be unused and inside the original branded box.
- Gear/Equipment must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact our support team to swap sizes.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
